Developed inclusively by screen industry professionals with lived experience of disability alongside allys within the industry. It skills employers in being more confident to employ, work alongside and collaborate with people living with disability. IIA workshops have been attended by over a 1000 people world-wide and is the standard inclusive program promoted by Screen Australia for production companies.
