Inclusion in Action (IIA) is an engaging globally recognised, specialist, industry-tailored workshop. Developed inclusively by screen industry professionals with lived experience of disability alongside allys within the industry. It skills producers and employers in being more confident to employ, work alongside and collaborate with people living with disability on their projects and sets. IIA workshops have been attended by over 1500 people world-wide and is recognised by Screen Australia as a tool for the sector to support diverse representation, inclusion and equity.  Available in both a digital online format or a face to face workshop.

Inclusion in Action - Video Series

Building your confidence and capacity one step further

Dianna La Grassa (Head of Screen, Bus Stop Films) and Tracey Corbin-Matchett, OAM (CEO, Bus Stop Films) put their good friend Nick Bolton (Managing Director and Co-Founder of Ten Alphas) on the path to discovering what true inclusion looks like across 9 Heads of Departments in this new Inclusion in Action Heads of Departments (HODs) Series. 

These micro training videos are specifically designed to focus on 9 core HOD roles including Directing, DOP, Gaffer, 1st AD, Producer, Hair and Makeup, Sound, Production Design and Editing. The digital series will have you hearing directly from screen industry professionals and emerging filmmakers about their experiences with inclusive filmmaking and why being inclusive adds so much to a film set!
